MAMQUAM grants a contractual right of return within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods on all products (with the exception of gift vouchers). Once 14 days has past, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.
The exercise of the right of return leads to a reversal of the contract. To be eligible for a return, the
item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. Additionally, you must return the goods in their original packaging within 14 calendar days and send them back together with the delivery note to the return address specified by MAMQUAM (address stated in the imprint of
). Please note: to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 calandar days.
Please note that returns to MAMQUAM are at the expense and risk of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend the customer to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
MAMQUAM reserves the right to demand reasonable compensation for damage, excessive wear or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the value reduction from the purchase price already paid or to charge the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see section 8 of terms & conditions for more information on our warranty policy). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to your addrese (address stated in the imprint of
www.mamquam.com). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Again, the cost of shipping a returned item are covered by the customer, and we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
