Switzerland has a myriad of bakeries, they are a fundamental part of our culture.  My view is that we have become enriched culutrally due to us being landlocked between, France, Germany, Austria and Italy, resulting in recipes and influences spilling over.

This a Lemon Tarte au Citron from Erics, formally known as Baumann. Definitely worth a visit. Try the Tonfischli if you prefer savoury snacks.
